Australia’s electronic music calendar is set for a new addition this November, with ECHOES OF US making its Australian debut across Melbourne and Sydney.

Presented by Tang Events, the two-city electronic music event will bring together international names across Tech House, Minimal Tech and Techno alongside a strong contingent of Australian talent.

Leading the international line-up is SIDEPIECE, the Grammy-nominated American duo behind On My Mind, their collaboration with Diplo that received a nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Recording at the 2021 GRAMMY Awards.

German producer Marten Hørger joins the bill with more than 150 million global streams, festival appearances including Tomorrowland and EDC, and collaborations with artists including David Guetta, Alesso and Tchami.

Matroda also features prominently, with his distinctive matrodasound, Terminal Underground label and appearances at major festivals establishing him as a recognised name within contemporary Tech House.

Adding an Australian connection is Wax Motif, the Sydney-born, Los Angeles-based producer who has become one of Australia’s notable electronic music exports. Known as a key figure in G-House and contemporary House music, Wax Motif brings an established international presence to the Australian debut.

The international bill also features MALAA, recognised for his trademark masked identity and dark, bass-heavy sound, alongside emerging electronic act HILLS, who brings a genre-blending approach to the line-up.

Australian DJ and producer Coco Bevan leads the local supports, with the broader bill bringing together established international artists, influential electronic acts and emerging Australian talent from the Tech House, Minimal Tech and Techno community.

Beyond the music, the setting is central to the ECHOES OF US concept.

In Sydney, the event will take over White Bay Power Station, with the industrial landmark set to be transformed into a large-scale electronic music environment incorporating architecture, sound, lighting and production.

Melbourne will present the event beneath the Graham Street Bridge, giving the two events distinct physical identities while maintaining the same musical direction and production focus.

“ECHOES OF US has been created as a new electronic music concept focused on international artists, Australian talent, distinctive spaces and immersive production, with ambitions to establish a new presence on Australia’s electronic music calendar,” said Damian Chan of Tang Events.

The concept centres on bringing music and space together, creating an experience designed to extend beyond the traditional club or festival format.

ECHOES OF US arrives in Melbourne on Saturday 7 November 2026, followed by Sydney on Sunday 8 November 2026.
