Brisbane, Australia — La La Land, the iconic nightlife destination located inside The Prince Consort, is entering a new era. Following Redcape’s acquisition of the venue in March, the team is relaunching La La Land with a renewed commitment to delivering a premium music experience—showcasing local legends, national touring talent, and cutting-edge international artists every weekend.
With a bold new direction, La La Land is quickly reestablishing itself as a home for dance music culture in Brisbane. Already confirmed as a 2025 venue partner forYour Shot Brisbane and BIGSOUND, the venue is cementing its place as a key player in Australia’s evolving music scene. Over the years, it has hosted some of the industry’s most celebrated names, and the next wave of programming promises to push even further.
“The relaunch of La La Land marks an exciting new chapter not just for the venue, but for Brisbane’s nightlife scene more broadly. Our goal is to create a space that feels world-class—where local talent thrives, international acts want to play, and music lovers know they’ll get something special every weekend,” said Phillip Burriel, music director at The Prince Consort. “We’re focused on building something consistent, credible, and community-driven.”
