Biscits and MITA bring on a mixture of the British and Brazilian culture with “Tribalism”

Tribalism is out now on Toolroom House Party Vol. 2, with big names such as Oliver Heldens, Hot Since 82, Mark Knight, Carl Cox and many more!

After a long wait, Biscits and MITA join forces for their big and percussive “Tribalism”, the newest cut from Toolroom Records. The track that started during one of Biscits tours in Brazil, attracted the attention of one of the biggest labels in the world and now is part of the album Toolroom House Party Vol. 2, alongside big names like Oliver HeldensHot Since 82Mark KnightCarl Cox and many more.
The friendship that started through social networks, ended up with this huge collaboration. Biscits tells how he met the Brazilians: “I first got sent a video of MITA playing one of my tracks at a gig in Brazil and I liked what I saw! Then when the guys came over to the UK, they sent me a message and I ended up bringing them along to a gig I had at Brixton Electric and we became good friends!
This track represents a mix of culture from Brazil, England and the tech-house scene. With a tribal direction and inspired on Brazilian samba school, Tribalism is made for grooving on dance floors and turning up the nights. It’s high energy gets the crowd moving. Talking about the collaboration, MITA says: “Working from a long distance was a bit challenging, but we developed the music step by step and we reached a very innovative result”.
I had a couple of gigs over in Brazil and I got to hang with the guys a bit more and it just felt like we should make a track together!” – Biscits.
The Southampton born and bred producer Biscits was one of the top 10 selling artists of 2019 on Beatport and is currently receiving over half a million monthly streams across platforms. He’s been releasing via Sweat it Out and Solotoko including collaborations with Solotoko’s head honcho Sonny Fodera.

The Brazilian duo formed by Luis Redfern and Matheus Magaldi is one of the most promising artists in the new generation of Tech House scene. With big releases on labels around the world, they are proving their talent on unique productions and attracting support from huge names.

Biscits says: “I’m really excited about this, Toolroom has been on my bucket list for a long time! So it feels great to join such an elite family!”. And MITA completes: “Toolroom is a label we admire since the beginning of our project, their work is very professional and strategic. We can’t describe this feeling! It took us a long time to sign the track, but everything was worth it! And what makes us happier besides being part of this family, is that we released on an album with several artists we love!”.
