Tickets are on sale now to the Northern Territory’s largest music festival, BASSINTHEGRASS, which has attracted a major international artist. American rapper and singer Macklemore has added a performance at the beachside festival to his limited tour of Australia and New Zealand next year.
BASSINTHEGRASS will take place at Darwin’s iconic Mindil Beach on Saturday, 18 May 2024, and Macklemore is the first artist to be announced for the line-up. The full line-up will be revealed later this month.
Macklemore is making limited stops across Australia and New Zealand, and BASSINTHEGRASS is the only music festival he will appear at. With worldwide hits including ‘Thrift Shop’, ‘Same Love’ and ‘Good Old Days’, the multi-award-winning artist counts four Grammy Awards among his wins.
As well as a stellar line-up, next year’s BASSINTHEGRASS will feature some exciting new offerings, including premium experiences featuring new locations, different stage views and luxury facilities.
