Good Things Festival has announced its 2026 line-up, bringing a major selection of rock, punk, metal, hardcore, alternative and pop punk artists to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane this December.
Leading the bill is Limp Bizkit, who will headline the 2026 festival following their appearance at Good Things in 2023. They are joined at the top of the line-up by Canadian pop punk favourites Simple Plan and progressive metal outfit Spiritbox.
The festival will take place across three consecutive days, beginning at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne on Friday 4 December before moving to Sydney Showground on Saturday 5 December and Brisbane Showgrounds on Sunday 6 December. All three events are 16+.
Limp Bizkit return to Good Things after their 2023 appearance, with the band continuing a career that has spanned more than three decades. The group emerged from the late 1990s nu metal movement and went on to become one of the most commercially successful acts associated with the genre.
Their catalogue includes 1997’s Three Dollar Bill, Y’all, 1999’s Significant Other and 2000’s Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water, while their most recent studio album is 2021’s Still Sucks.
Simple Plan will also return to Good Things, having previously appeared at the festival in 2019. The Canadian band celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2025 and have continued touring and performing to audiences around the world.
Spiritbox will make their return to Australia after their Australian debut at Knotfest Australia in 2023. The Canadian band broke through internationally with their 2021 debut album Eternal Blue and followed it with their second studio album, Tsunami Sea, in 2025.
The festival’s 2026 line-up extends well beyond its three headline acts, with Polaris, The All-American Rejects, Bad Religion, Alexisonfire, Grinspoon, Millencolin, Bilmuri, Ministry, Chad Gray, MxPx, Neck Deep, Speed, Slowly Slowly, P.O.D., The Devil Wears Prada and Choirboys also joining the bill.
There are several special performances built into the line-up.
Alexisonfire will perform their album Crisis in full, while Swedish punk band Millencolin will perform Pennybridge Pioneers in full.
Ministry are billed for their farewell Australian performances, while Chad Gray will present “30 Years of Madness”, featuring songs from Mudvayne and Hellyeah.
Bad Religion will celebrate their “45 Year + 1 Anniversary” as part of the festival, adding another significant milestone to a bill already packed with artists whose careers have helped shape alternative and heavy music.
The Australian line-up also features Grinspoon, Speed, Slowly Slowly and Choirboys.
Grinspoon return with a catalogue that stretches back to the band’s formation in the 1990s, while Sydney hardcore group Speed continue to build their international profile.
Melbourne’s Slowly Slowly are also part of the 2026 line-up, alongside Australian rock veterans Choirboys.
Further international acts include All Them Witches, The Black Queen, Future Palace, Headwreck, House Of Protection, The Home Team, ivri, Kami Kehoe, Locked Shut, LØLØ, vianova and Voice Of Baceprot.
The line-up covers a broad range of sounds within the alternative spectrum, moving between established punk and rock acts, contemporary metal and hardcore, pop punk, alternative rock and emerging artists.
Good Things has also confirmed that Limp Bizkit, Simple Plan and Spiritbox are exclusive to the festival in Australia and New Zealand for this run, with no Australian or New Zealand sideshows for the three top-billed acts.
For fans looking to catch those three acts in Australia or New Zealand this December, the three Good Things Festival dates therefore represent the only opportunity to see them on this visit.
With the festival moving through Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane over one weekend, Good Things Festival 2026 brings together artists from different generations of alternative music, from acts responsible for defining entire scenes through to newer names continuing to push those sounds forward.
The 2026 edition is set to deliver a particularly broad program, with full-album performances, farewell appearances, anniversary celebrations and a mix of international and Australian artists spread across the three-city festival.
