DATES AND VENUES:
Friday 24 March 2023 – Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne
Saturday 25 March 2023 – Centennial Park, Sydney
Sunday 26 March 2023 – RNA Showgrounds, Brisbane
SLIPKNOT’s latest album, ‘The End, So Far’ landed yet another #1 Official Album Chart position in Australia, their fourth straight #1 in a row, as the album racked up a string of global chart accolades, including #1 Album positions in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Mexico and Top 10 in Japan, Finland, Sweden, Canada, USA, New Zealand, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Austria, France and the Netherlands.
About SLIPKNOT: There was never a band like Slipknot, and there will never be another. Like a spore out of the Midwest, they’ve quietly bloomed into the most uncompromising, undeniable, and unique presence on the planet whose influence transcends genres and generations. Since sowing the seeds for revolution in Iowa during 1999, these musical outliers have captured a GRAMMY Award alongside 10 nominations, scored 12 Platinum / 41 Gold album certifications around the world, and logged over 8.5 billion global streams and 3.5 billion video views to date – unprecedented for a rock act in this generation or any other. Rolling Stone cited the seminal platinum-selling 2001 album Iowa among “The 100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time,” while The Ringer attested, “They’re the most important heavy band of their era.” In addition to marking the group’s third consecutive #1 debut on the Billboard Top 200, their sixth full-length album, WE ARE NOT YOUR KIND, bowed at #1 in twelve countries worldwide in 2019. Selling out shows on multiple continents, they deliver an irreplicable multi-sensory experience on tour and through their own festival Knotfest. With their seventh studio album, THE END, SO FAR, Slipknot are back, and nothing will be the same again.
About KNOTFEST: Knotfest is Slipknot’s own self-curated, destination festival brand, currently held in eight international locations; the US, Japan, Mexico, Finland, Germany, Colombia, Chile and Brazil. Designed as an immersive, unforgettable, ‘dark carnival experience’, the event invites you into Slipknot’s apocalyptic underworld where stunning visuals, fire breathers and nightmarish creatures on stilts set the stage for an intoxicating and memorable weekend of live music.

CVLTFEST, Alpha Wolf’s special one off heavy music festival makes its debut this Sunday at Melbourne Pavilion, Kensington.
This truly spectacular line up curated by the band themselves features Alpha Wolf as the headliners and with friends Silent Planet (USA), DEEZ Nuts (their first show back in Australia in nearly 4 years), Currents (USA), The Beautiful Monument, To The Grave, Bloom, Vengeance and Future Static.
On top of the killer performances, there will be a free photobooth and Deathwish Barber & Tattoo stand. There will be food trucks with vegan and non vegan options and market stalls including Greyscale Records, Sharptone Records, UNFD, Gehenna Clothing, Wearalmost Clothing and Sea Shepperd.
While they don’t do anything in halves and continue to push boundaries, CVLTFest is no exception. Each band on the line up will donate 10% of merchandise commission to an organisation of their choice and all festival brand merchandise profits will be donated to a charity by Alpha Wolf.
While the road has been far from easy for Alpha Wolf and they refuse to let anything stand in their way. Throughout the chaotic and turbulent times they find themselves, the band released their sophomore album ‘a quiet place to die’ to critical acclaim including a #6 spot on the ARIA charts and a nomination for Best Heavy Album at the ARIA awards. Selling out multiple sold out runs around Australia, two European runs under their belt, the band have just returned home from a huge North American run as direct support to ERRA and performing in Europe with Polaris on their headline run. In August, the band released a split EP with UK’s Holding Absence.
If you haven’t got your ticket yet, we urge you to do so before you miss out.

His steady stream of releases including the free-flowing ‘Wet‘, ‘Light It’ and ‘Make It Snow ft. Dante Knows’ as well as his commission for the McDonald’s U.S. biennial global conference ‘Matter To Me’ and collaboration with rapper Big Skeez on their anthemic single ‘Where Yuh From’, helmed Fang’s artistry to new heights – high rotation from triple j Unearthed, FBi Radio and SYN FM, RAGE and MTV alongside praise from Complex Australia for his “wild and charismatic flows”, “head-bop-inducing percussion of dancehall” by Acclaim Magazine and “ferociously delivered bars” by Purple Sneakers amongst others.
Coupled with a blockbuster appearance at BIGSOUND, Gold Fang continues to cement his place at the forefront of local tastemakers and so-called Australia’s thriving Afro-Caribbean creative community: be it kicking off the year as triple j Unearthed‘s Feature Artist, a Semi-Finalist in Acclaim Magazine’s All-Stars as well as one of Red Bull’s 2022’s Australian Rappers to Watch, his commission for the McDonald’s U.S. biennial global conference ‘Matter To Me’ and his explosive freestyle for Red Bull’s 64 Bars alongside his sync involvement with Champion for their ‘Collegiate’ campaign and with JD Sports modelling for the new Adidas Trefoil line, Gold Fang proves no matter what lane, he keeps on winning.
