Hitting four locations across Australia in Gepps Cross (SA), Mt Evelyn (VIC), Townsville (QLD) and Dunsborough (WA) throughout February, festival organisers have locked in a spicy lineup at every location that’s sure to turn up the heat.
It’s the festival’s first year that invites two huge international acts all the way from the US. Hotter Than Hell 2020 welcomes the kings of grunge Everclear, and South Californian punk lords Unwritten Law to headline across the four weekends.
Keeping the line up hot, they are joined by Brisbane’s indie rock royalty The Grates, Australian’s original rambunctious larrikins Frenzal Rhomb, and Australian punk royalty Cosmic Psycho’s.
Join in for a weekend of your favourite noughties and nineties rock as the bands turn up the heat for this years Hotter Than Hell Festival Tour.

The kings of grunge are back, and Everclear are ready to make a comeback across Australia with 11 shows announced for their 2020 tour.
“Australia has always been a very special place for Everclear. We can’t wait to come back, play our music, and reconnect with our Australian fans. They’ve always been so enthusiastic and faithful to us and our music that even though the distance is so far from where we live, every time we come back to Australia it feels like we’re coming home,” says lead singer, Art Alexakis.
The band have only toured the country once in the last 17 years which makes this tour a little extra special for long-time fans of the band. Fans can enjoy an intimate experience with the band, singing their classics ‘Santa Monica’ and ‘Father Of Mine’ during this not to be missed comeback tour.

Unwritten Law return for a killer 2020 tour across the nation. No strangers to Australian soil, the original skate lords from Southern California are pleased to announce they will be running mayhem across a total of 12 stages both in the east and west coast.
Fans can look forward to a personal space with the band away from Hotter Than Hell festival crowds, singing along to famous tracks such as ‘Seein’ Red’ and ‘Save Me’.
“We’ve been coming to Australia for a long time and we’ve come to think of it as our home away from home. I think we just get each other. Every trip over is such a magical thing. We really pour our hearts and souls into every show and leave it all out there every night. And that’s exactly what we plan to do. We’re gonna play some songs we haven’t played in a long time, we’re gonna play the songs we know you want to hear, and you may even hear some of what’s to come.” says Unwritten Law’s frontman, Scott Russo.
With a stacked 12 venues across five states, there is no excuse to miss out on this highly anticipated Unwritten Law comeback tour.

Hot off the heels of their most colossal year yet, Crocodylus today reveal secret track ‘Feed The Shark’ taken from their latest EP ‘Enjoy’. Those with a vinyl copy of the EP may have caught the delightful surprise hiding at the very end of final belter ‘Kraut’ which offers a different speed from the usually raucous surf-rock trio.
Light and poppy the song employs jangly guitars and plenty of crowd-sourced vocals which will surely be a treat live. Never ones to take time off the band will undertake a bunch of under 18s and 18+ dates spanning across Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide this February to belt out the chorus live.
‘Feed The Shark’ comes off the back of a hefty 2019 for the northern beaches boys who began the year with the first single from their third EP, the fan-focussed ‘Enjoy’ which was released on viral punks The Chats’ label Bargain Bin Records. Focus track ‘Motivation’ caught the attention of Spotify and was included in New Music Friday AU/NZ and All New Rock US, while single ‘Adrenaline’ was touted by General Pants, Wrangler and added to rotation on FBi Radio.
They then finished the year with a reverb-charged 28-date Europe tour supporting the very same mullet-bearers across six countries, with Bad//Dreems and Totally Unicorn in tow. They also picked up a deal with legendary UK booking agency Xray Touring after selling out almost 50% of the dates.
Before traipsing across the globe, their unpredictable live show was honed on local stages where they’ve supported the likes of Ocean Alley, Dune Rats, Hockey Dad and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, as well as playing a coveted spot on last year’s Yours & Owls Festival, and kicked off 2019 with a tri-headline tour alongside A. Swayze and the Ghosts and VOIID.
Snap up a ticket to see them in the flesh after feeding your new music craving.

These carefully curated parties feature the worlds best DJs, brands and labels and come from the accomplished team at Electric Ibiza, who run iconic events at the White Isle’s most famous venues, from Amnesia to Ibiza Rocks, Café Mambo to Pacha and Space Ibiza. Here they work once more in partnership with Miami legend Jonathan Cowan, Square One and WMC. Last year, the likes of Kerri Chandler, Victor Calderone, MK, Defected, Do Not Sleep, Repopulate Mars and Claptone’s ‘The Masquerade’ all featured.
On March 17th the entire Winter Music Conference kicks off with the one and only Official Opening Party at The Epic, which also happens to fall on St Patrick’s Day, and the headliners couldn’t be more perfect: the Kings of House, aka Louie Vega and David Morales, have been there since day one, pioneering various forms of the genre from vocal and uplifting to more dark and driving. They have decades of knowledge and know how between them, vast arsenal of tunes to call upon to make sure the exact right beat plays at the exact right moment, and are sure to serve up a real masterclass to get this year’s conference and series under way.
Next up on Wednesday March 18th is one of Ibiza’s most iconic clubs, Amnesia, who team up with underground house party Do Not Sleep. As such you can expect the best in cutting edge house, slick tech sounds and electric atmospheres from some of the scene’s most essential and innovative talents. The party is in for a huge 2020 with a tour of Australia and New Zealand also planned, so expect them to pull out all the stops when they hit Miami.
On March 20th, Lee Foss’s red hot Repopulate Mars label will bring its key talents to the Epic for an afternoon and early evening session of unrivalled house music. Last years show was a complete sell out with the label being known for its cosmic parties with extravagant production, fancy costumed characters and immersive performers. As well as releases from the main man Lee Foss, the label was a DJ Mag award winner in 2018 after boasting killer tunes from the likes of Latmum, Mason Maynard, Detlef and Solardo.
Says Lee Foss, “Repopulate Mars will rip open the fabric of space and time to return to Miami Music Week to host their intergalactic pool party on Mars at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel on Friday March 20th. Expect a day of outer space hedonism that will have punk funk kids shedding clothes, aliens shedding skin and cyborgs getting down to an electrifying line-up of the best names in house and techno.”
To celebrate Starcrawler‘s live Australian debut, the Los Angeles-based rockers have announced a special headline show at Melbourne’s rock ‘n’ roll institute Cherry Bar on Monday 13 January. Lead by the untameable stage presence of vocalist Arrow de Wilde, Starcrawler‘s glammed up, punk ‘n’ roll live assault is not to be missed. Tickets on sale now.
Starcrawler are currently in Australia for their very first time, supporting fellow Californian natives The Growlers. With three shows down, Starcrawler join The Growlers on a further nine dates down our golden coastline stopping in most East Coast centres and surf breaks across QLD, NSW and VIC, inclu
The tour follows the release of Starcrawler’s exciting second album Devour You – a record that dynamically captures the essence and aggression of their gloriously unhinged live shows. Devour You is available digitally and on limited edition black/red marbled vinyl, with a scratch and sniff sleeve via Rough Trade / Remote Control Records.
Starcrawler—vocalist Arrow de Wilde, guitarist/vocalist Henri Cash, bassist Tim Franco, and drummer Austin Smith—is a band possessed by the spirit of its own hometown of Los Angeles, every movement charged with a primal and manic electricity. The band formed in 2015, and since that time have gone from bashing out songs in the garage to earning legendary fans such as Shirley Manson and Elton John, and to supporting the likes of Beck, Foo Fighters, Spoon, The Distillers, MC5 and more. Devour You was produced by Nick Launay (Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, L7) and came to life at the famed Sunset Sound.
