It's been a long time coming: Kobosil will finally head Down Under in his highly anticipated debut Australian tour. The Berlin DJ/producer made global impact with releases through techno imprint, Ostgut Ton, and he follows in the footsteps of peers like Ben Klock and Marcel Dettmann to become one of the more celebrated residents of Berlin institution, Berghain. Not only is he considered one of techno's fastest rising DJs and producers, but he has helped pioneer a sound that is at once deep, fast and aggressive. His upbringing in the working-class district of Berlin's Neukölln, and the cathartic energy of EBM, noise and industrial, shaped this unique musical aesthetic. Aside from regularly releasing on Berghain's in-house label Ostgut Ton, Kobosil also runs his the R - Label Group imprint, which he uses as a platform to promote releases by up-and-coming Berlin producers at the forefront of a bleak and riotous approach to dance music. It's this combination of the dark and ecstatic that is at the foundation of Kobosil's powerful approach to techno.

Tour Dates
