"...a duo that's getting ready to take over the planet." - Wickedd Childd  “Willing has been impressing plenty with this alluring brand of electro-pop.” - Pilerats "...queer manifesto pop provocateur" - FGUK Magazine Melbourne's Willing serve up a fresh slice of "subversive electronic pop' with mouth-watering new single and video, 'Hungry'.  Recently expanding from a solo project to an alluring avant-pop duo, Willing describe their work as "gay pop, for everyone", with their newest track possibly being the most revealing to date. Mixed by beloved electronic producer Luboku, 'Hungry' is in Willing's own words, "a horny trap-rock song about lusty nights at home alone." A tongue-in-cheek, raunchy slow jam coated in velvety vocals, pulsating bass and subversive 808's, the track culminates in a guitar-heavy finish, dishing out inner lust to the masses. Alongside the provocative new track, Willing share vibrant accompanying visuals. Self directed by the duo, the video features electronic outfit Kettokai and local Melbourne talent Philip Dexter. Along with these stars, Willing also worked with Melbourne creatives such as cinematographer Amy Dellar (Sampa The Great, Kwame), stylist Gustavo Palacios and set director Hana Maorg to bring their titillating ideas to fruition. In Willing's own words, the visuals are "a queercore fever dream to satiate even your most puerile pop cravings. The video plunges this horny trap-rock jam down the rabbit hole, where the munchkins lurk, and the feed trough awaits. Think Wicked the Musical meets Paris, Texas. Actually, scratch that. This is Robbie Williams Feel Redux." Since the release of their debut EP Small Cruelties last year, Willing have have established themselves as highlights of the Melbourne underground live scene and taking stage at Gaytimes Festival this year. If simply listening to the track doesn't quite satisfy your hunger, Willing bring their evocative live show to Angel Music Bar in Melbourne on Saturday July 27. Ready and willing, 'Hungry' is just waiting to be consumed by all who desire it. 'Hungry' is out everywhere NOW.  WILLING 'HUNGER' SINGLE LAUNCH SAT 27 JULY | ANGEL MUSIC BAR | MELBOURNE w/ Kettokai, Tilly Cums (DJ set) and Pure Habibi (DJ set).
