Gordon’s unique brand of brass-tinged, feel-good house soon found its way into every major Ibiza club, with regular appearances at Pacha, Space, Amnesia and Privilege. Gordon Edge is now as synonymous with the White Isle as the golden sunset. His experience behind the decks and full-on fanfares fuel his epic sets and have earned him invites to play at ‘Premier League’ parties across the planet.
A typical Gordon Edge set is a truly Balearic experience.
Starting solidly, but building subtly and sublimely towards an epic climax. Providing influences from, tech, deep, soulful house, jazz flava’s and just the right amount of Balearic anthems, things start to get more than a little horny… Gordon brings his performances alive by infiltrating the audience on the dance floors in between mixes, taking the live experience to a whole new interactive and crowd lifting level. Gordon always receives a rapturous response from the crowd and allows him to create a unique live clubbing show.
In recent years his passport and dance floors were stamped in Spain, Ukraine, Germany, Kazakhstan, Bahrain, Dubai, Egypt, Austria, Switzerland and China. He regularly tours Russia, India and South America with guest appears in Pacha Brazil and Moscow.
For more than 10 summers Gordon Edge has continued to blur the boundary between recorded and live performance. Resident at Ibiza’s world famous Bora Bora Beach, the ultimate free day time party on the Island. Playing to packed crowds on a daily basis, Gordon’s brings his substantial mixing experience and trademark trumpet together to create a fist-pumping fusion of dj performance and instrumentalism.
