Kicking off with a celebration of First Nations culture on Thursday 10 June, legendary singer-songwriter Archie Roach and Australian icon Mark Olive aka ‘The Black Olive’ will come together for a night of storytelling when they present ‘Music and Food for the Soul’. Guests will enjoy a menu of gourmet Australian Indigenous Cuisine, carefully created by Mark Olive, paired with songs and stories from the much beloved Archie Roach. Join two of Australia’s legends for one special evening as they tell the story of their people and land through music and food. Then step into the cucina for Dinner at Nonna’s on Saturday 12 June hosted by Donny Benet and Toby Stansfield. Get down to Mr Experience as Donny teleports you back in time with his smooth 80s post-disco sounds and pays homage to his Italian heritage and love of Italo disco. Combine Donny’s tunes with the fresh produce, and delicious handmade pasta and sauces of Toby Stansfield, head chef of Fabbrica Pasta Shop, topped with thoughtfully selected minimal intervention Italian wine, and you’ve got yourself one perfect Italian feast! Another Negroni please…

Ten Hats will be taking the concept of BRUNCH and putting a fur coat on it, served up with the party-starting hyperactive beats of CLYPSO on Sunday 13 June. Infamous for throwing dream, one-off dinner parties around Sydney, Ten Hats is the passion project of four familiar faces in the local hospitality and nightlife scene: Anna Ugarte-Carral (The Old Fitz, Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year 2020), Elizabeth Mitchell (Alberto’s Lounge), Ella Stening (Native Drops) and Maddison Costello (Sidehustle DJs). Combining boujee breakky snacks on the dancefloor, AM-inspired cocktails and CLYPSO’s grimy basslines – plus very special guests already planning to crash the party – this event is sure to change the way you feel about the humble Sunday brunch forever.

Continue your long weekend shenanigans when The Dip returns for one night only on Sunday 13 June. Opened by Andrew and Bianca Levins in 2011, The Dip was a restaurant inside the legendary Goodgod Small Club. Serving up the perfect nightclub eats – burgers, hot dogs and Southern BBQ – it was one of Sydney’s first American style diners. Levins is making a rare return to the kitchen to celebrate ten years of The Dip and invited some of his good friends to join, including Mitch Orr (Pilu, ex-ACME), Clayton Wells (Automata) and Mike Eggert (Totti’s/Pinbone), who will be making their own signature hot dogs, exclusively for the night. Burn it all it off on the dancefloor with a huge lineup of DJs who used to frequent The Dip and Goodgod Small Club, including a reunion of HOOPS, Halfway Crooks (Levins and Captain Franco), Joyride, Ariane, Charlie Chux and more.

Tickets for Supper Club go on sale 12pm AEST, Friday 28 May via secretsounds.com. Don’t miss out!
