Ronley Teper
Always entertaining, and nearly impossible to define – Ronley Teper’s music and live shows are a legendary mish mash of local musicians jamming the hell out of her new tunes.  No song is ever played the same twice.  Her recent record “The Game” was recorded live off the floor at The Piston Club in Toronto.  Produced by Ronley and Steve Major (Opopo / The Carps) , mastered by Jeff Elliot (Lindy / Woodhands) – it stands as a testament to the current socio-political climate.  “This abuse of Power oozes poison everywhere.

In boardrooms. In the classrooms of higher education. In the aisles of grocery stores. Happening behind closed doors, poisoning the hallways of everyday life,” says Ronley – “Everyday, these tactics are facilitated by people who believe consciously or unconsciously that their power and privilege will always protect them.”  Prism Prize, JUTRA and Soundclash Award nominee – Teper continues to experiment in vocal characterizations, music as a performance art, puppetry and poetry with some of Canada’s finest performers.
