Tour DatesFriday 18th May: Lounge, Melbourne
Saturday 19th May: The Flinders Hotel, Sydney

Britstol-native Hodge aka. Jacob Martin is true to himself. Hi describes his music as “honest”, he’s found himself signed to a select few labels including Berceuse Heroique, Tempa, Hemlock, Hotline Recordings, No Corner, Livity Sound and Clone Basement Series. Back in January, Hodge’s track ‘No Single Thing’ was featured on Ost-gut Ton’s Berghain 08 : Fiedel, standing alongside elite techno acts such as Marcel Dettmann, DJ Hell, Juan Atkins and Ø [Phase]. Recently Hodge’s single ‘Sunlight on a Broken Column’ was used on a trailer for a new Korean film, which has already had over 1 million views in just two weeks. Among his productions, Hodge has also kept busy touring the globe, featuring in the UK, Spain, Norway, Germany and Norway this year alone.

Post-dubstep, dark twisted techno, glimmering ambient – Jacob Martin, aka Hodge, refuses to be placed in a particular box. He just wants to do “honest music,” as he puts it. Residing in Bristol, he trusts a select few labels with his music – namely Punch Drunk, Berceuse Heroique, Tempa, Hemlock, Hotline Recordings, Livity Sound and Clone Basement Series – and since 2015 his schedule has become increasingly hectic. It’s seen him DJ around the globe, from Japan to Mexico, Russia to the US, often sharing bills with artists such as Actress, Adrian Sherwood, Jackmaster and more. Hodge has quickly secured a unique position for himself in the UK’s new school. Sitting on the edge of the more dystopian borders of techno, his productions and DJ sets boast an unremitting sense of energy and excitement which cannot be missed.
