Having drip-fed individual versions of the clip throughout the week, the trio of pop & electronic heroes now come full circle sharing a unified visual to bring their collaboration to life. Across two simultaneous shots, Cosmo’s Midnight and Ruel each weave their way through the colour-glazed maze of costumes, masks and wild guests at the same quintessential house party. Directed and filmed by Ruel’s resident creative Grey Ghost from the perspective of each individuals’ adventures, Cosmo’s Midnight are seen stirring trouble and performing switcheroos, while Ruel navigates the dizzying scenes solo in his token space suit, dodging the fallout of the twins’ mischief along the way. Amidst squabbles, a live band, a police raid, apparent cameos by each act and a presiding go-with-the-flow mood, the visuals give a glimpse into the three personalities that forged the original single. “I wanted to play with the collaboration between Ruel and Cosmo’s Midnight in a unique way that allows fans of both artists to enter into each others’ worlds. Both film clips are seamless one shot videos from start to finish and follow through many rooms and spaces in the one property: my own home. We rehearsed with Ruel and Cosmo’s Midnight a million times before launching into the real takes with 60 extras all dressed in crazy costumes. We shot both videos in 3 hours and we were shitting ourselves before every take as there were SO MANY things that could go wrong even if it was a slight mistake. Where are you currently based and what is the music scene like there? We live in italy,here the scene is around italian trapper e and house music. How did you first start playing music? I start playing at 14, for school birthday parties.   What's been happening recently? We signed with Sony Music.   Your debut single 'How To Fly' is out now, what influenced the sound and songwriting for this track? Sound is always influenced from market, same for all, but have origins from personal style, we born with house music, and this sound is from there
.   How did you go about writing How To Fly? I sent demo to Jo3l,who involved Nathan C and they wrote lyrics.   Where and when did you record/produce and who with? We produce track with Jo3L and Nathan C end of last year. How did you approach the recording/production process? I start work in radio many years ago, after I decided to produce my own stuff. What programs/instruments did you use? I work old school, cubase.   What do you like to do away from music? Fishing, and doing sport.   Who are you listening to at the moment? All kinds of music, important is quality, not style.   What's planned for 2020? We want make many collaboration with different artists.   Favourite food and place to hangout? Kaskade Drops Tech-House Influenced Club Single “Sexy.” 2nd Track From Upcoming “REDUX 004” EP

A new song for these trying times!  Two Edmonton artists teamed-up to write a song called Isolation Groove that they say is intended to make listeners laugh, sing, and dance their way through these "crazy times."  Written by Martin Kerr and Ann Vriend -  Isolation Groove is their first song about love in the middle of a pandemic."You're stuck at home with the people you love, but also trying not to touch each other. A bit of a mixed message," says Kerr. They were worried that some would think they're making light of a serious situation, but with all of their gigs cancelled, including a European tour for Vriend, they wanted to do something to help cheer them up. "It's really for our own sanity that we need to laugh and sing and dance," said Kerr.  And so far, people are getting into the isolation groove with them. The video has been shared thousands of times already, and they've had messages from fans around the world.

With today’s release, the focus turns to the cosmic new single ‘Slow Light’ – a seven-minute sonic exploration of human emotion and its relationship to time and space.  This week, Juno Mamba (real name Vinci Andanar) dropped a jaw-droppingly good live performance of ‘Slow Light’ filmed in an old warehouse. JUNO MAMBA RELEASES DEBUT EP LIGHT ECHOES + SHARES LIVE VIDEO FOR ‘SLOW LIGHT’

Bootleg Rascal and their team are sad to announce the postponement of their upcoming East Coast tour, and performances at A Day on the Lawn and Big Pineapple Music Festival, due to recent developments around the COVID-19 pandemic. The duo will reschedule their East Coast capital city shows to mid-late September 2020, while Big Pineapple Music Festival will be moved to Saturday 21 November. While the band is forced off the road, front man Carlos Lara and guitarist Jimmy Young will head back into the studio, to work on their new forthcoming staggered EP titled ‘Collaborations of Very Isolated Delinquents “19’ - inspired by current events and premonitions experienced by Lara in late-2019. The first single ‘We Independent’ is set for release on Friday May 22. Lara explains the motivation behind the project: “While we can’t tour, Jim and myself thought it could be cool to set ourselves a challenge of dropping a new track each month and tie it all into a conceptual EP. The record is set to be heavily influenced by what’s currently happening in the world and some wild dreams I had towards the end of 2019, where the world had been consumed by biological warfare”. On Bootleg Rascal’s rescheduled East Coast capital city tour, opening support act SCABZ will remain on all new dates, while main support Shag Rock can sadly no longer move forward on the tour. Bootleg Rascal will announce a replacement for Shag Rock in the coming weeks. All purchased tickets are valid for the rescheduled dates; however, if punters cannot make it along, information around processing refunds will be made available from each respective ticket selling company. All tickets purchased for Big Pineapple Music Festival are valid for the new date, however refunds are also available for those who cannot attend. Ticket holders will be able to apply for a refund through Moshtix.
