Today, ARIA award winning singer/songwriter Jarryd James, has released the visuals to his latest single, ‘Slow Motion’.
Shot predominantly in Stockholm, Sweden the ‘Slow Motion’ video perfectly echo’s James’ emotive longing of a loved one. Filmed on vintage video cameras the footage also adds a sense of nostalgia and yearning that matches the pining vibe of James’ vocals.
“We managed to shoot a bit of a video for “Slow Motion” with my good friend Kenny Laubbacher while me and my band were in Stockholm for my other very good friend Matt Corby’s tour. The video shows all sides of touring, from the initial rehearsals, the shows and the fun parts you get on the side”, says Jarryd.
Instantly added to triple j, ‘Slow Motion’ has also secured playlist additions on Apple Music’s A List Pop and Spotify’s Front Left, Indie Arrivals, Singled Out and New Music Friday in over 20 countries including Australia, New Zealand and the US.
