The debut album of Bristol’s “edgy electronic pop” artist Finlay Shakespeare, “Domestic Economy”, will be out on February 1st.

Factory Floor/Carter Tutti Void’s Nik Void and Russell Haswell contributed with the artwork and the master respectively.

Finlay Shakespeare is also known for his Future Sound Systems, an independent musical device manufacturer, and a series of albums under Future Image moniker between 2007 and 2008.

Today the opening track “Luleå” is available to stream.

“Domestic Economy” is being preceeded by “Routine” single due out on Friday, November 30th.

“Domestic Economy” is following albums by Pan Sonic’s Ilpo Väisänen as I-LP-ON, Klara Lewis and Simon Fisher Turner, UUUU, Jung An Tagen and Bruce Gilbert released earlier this year.
