How did you start?
Carlos was a cleaner at the local taco joint, we heard him singing whilst mopping up Jims after party up and under one night ‘n thought we’d give him a crack at some toons.
Seems to have worked out …
Please give an example of your music writing process?
Ever heard of the phrase ‘polishing a turd’? That’s it in a nutshell.
Take one turd, squeeze it out, really work it out, then polish. If it doesn’t shine at first get back and give it another rub until it either shines or completely disappears.
What are you working on right now?
I’m workin on getting some new shoes for me 85′ Honda Scooter. That n a couple new toons for the second album.
We’re working toward having the second album out in October this year, so we’ve got plenty to do, it’s coming along well. There’s going to be another single out before then.
With You is the first single from it, we should have anothery out in a month or so.
What is your gear setup?
That’s a little below the belt, don’t ya think?
Anyway we’ve always been told it’s not the size that matters, more about the motion of the ocean.. ya dig?
What do you like to do outside of music and does it affect your music?
We all thoroughly enjoy poetry, unicorns and long walks on the beach. And yea definitely affects the music.
How would you describe your music genre?
Like an ice-pick to the eardrum.
A pickle tickle.
Do you know any music theory?
No.
I have some theory but I don’t know any music theory.
What are your plans for the future?
I’m pumped on getting a Ferrari soon. A mansion on the harbour. A yacht …
The immediate future touring the U.S. and Europe. Releases – album in October.

Same way we got into ya mumma’s pants. Few champagnes & half a pinger.
What are you listening to at the moment?
New Kendrick & Gorillaz. Both dope.

Pamela Anderson, Kenny Powers (of Eastbound & Down fame), Ron Jeremy, Charlie Sheen & the blonde Asian guy from Rush Hour 1. Icons.
When are you playing next?
Soon hopefully, cos the bank accounts looking pretty drained. Next up is Adelaide, Jive Bar 02 June. Yea. Also playing Big Pineapple on the Sunny Coast and we’ve got a stack of North American dates going up in June:
