Join Horse Bazaar for one last time, for the LAST SHOW EVER!
You would have probably heard the super sad news that Horse Bazaar will be closing it’s doors for good after a heckin’ good innings on Saturday 30 November 2019… but hey, if not let them wipe away your tears and soften the blow with the announcement of a MASSIVE CLOSING PARTY!
From all of the crew at Horse, they want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has passed through our doors, whether for a night, a year, or just a drink, we could not have done it without you. Here’s a quick statement from co-owner Taka Tamura: “Slowly, the CBD has been changing and Fumi and I felt like we were losing the game to many of the big corporate venues with loads of funding. It has taken so much hustle to survive as a small business and we never wanted to let go of Horse Bazaar, since we know it is something really special for so many people. However, now the whole building has been sold and sadly for us the new landlord doubled our rent, leaving us with a very hard decision to make… We are very sad that we can’t continue to run Horse Bazaar due to the rising costs, but at the same time, we feel very blessed and lucky to have been here for so many exciting years with all of our loyal friends and supporters. I hope you can come and bless us while you can until we close.”
To thank you all for your wealth of support, Taka and Fumi Tamura bring you ONE LAST NIGHT of celebrations with some O.G HB faves including the captain of Jazzy Sport’s Masaya Fantasista and Horse Bazaar friends Aaron Choulai, Condensed Milk (Amin Payne, Jackson Miles), MzRizk, Eddie Mac, Benny Badge, Cara Mia, JPS (The Operatives).
Tickets moving fast, so get in quick for your last chance to say goodbye! Oh and all tickets include a drink upon arrival thanks to Temple Brewing and Stomping Ground and roving tapas (from 7-9pm or whilst it lasts).
