Babyshades ‘Summerhearts’ Premiere

A dream pop synth forward psyche rock group with a focus on tones, textures and melody rich songwriting. Formed and founded on the songwriting of Ryan Thompson in 2019. When Thompson tapped longtime friend and collaborator, Toronto based producer, RAZ, to join the group and produce their recordings, their soundscapes began to crystallize. With RAZ producing they recorded and released their first single “Corey” in the summer of 2021. Further rounded out by the talents of Jeff McClellan and Michael Novalski, the music of Babyshades is a kaleidoscope of shimmering synthesizers, warm guitars, upbeat sunset vibes and dreamy melodies. Currently they are working in the studio and preparing to return to the stage in the post era.
